Eric Kenyon, RKC

Eric has been training dancers, martial artists, soccer players, powerlifters, personal trainers, and regular folks in the Bay Area since 1999. He draws on a lifetime of competing in a variety of sports, an uncommonly active stretch in the US Army, and nearly a decade of study focused on Soviet sports science. The past 4 years have been dedicated to kettlebells and the comprehensive continuum of full body attention that goes along with RKC kettlebell instruction: pneumo-muscular stretching, joint mobility, power breathing, and correct body alignment.

A hightly valued guest instructor for F2 School of Strength in Modesto, Pavel Tsatsouline, and Core Fitness Training in Novato, Eric recently began teaching kettlebell techniques to troops of US Marines at Camp Pendleton.

Eric is constantly continuing his strength training education; studying under Russian trainer and kettlebell ambassador Pavel Tsatsouline, Z Health practictioner Chuck Halbakken, and the RKC system of education and certification. As of June 29, 2009 Eric will receive his RKC Level 2 certification, which focuses on rehabilitating special mobility restrictions and injuries.

His wide range of sports and fitness experience, plus a focused education make Eric especially skilled at finding and eliminating weaknesses and imbalances that hold people back from their true potential.

Alison Kenyon, RKC

Alison has been a professional athlete and physical perfomer of one kind or another for over 15 years. She brings a wealth of real-world experience to her students. At various times Alison has worked internationally as an acrobat, clown, actress, contortionist, fire dancer, tango dancer and instructor, strong-woman and professional wrestler. Since 2005 she has assisted Eric in the training of his students and found herself to be an excellent coach. She has also become an enthusiastic student and teacher of Russian style athletic training.

Alison is currently working on a book for teen women addressing the subjects of healthy diet, lifestyle,and self-image.
