All of our group classes are customized to your individual skill level. We will never make you do anything that is unsafe, painful, or that you are not ready to perform; each drill can be made easier - and even more difficult- to fit your abilities. Unless otherwise noted, there is no experience necessary to attend.
NOTICE: Group kettlebell classes are not meeting on Monday evening at Monster Gym, August 31. Instructor Eric Kenyon RKC will be down in San Diego with Pavel Tsatsouline and 24 other high level RKC's, training the newest generation of certified kettlebell instructors. See you all in September!
INTRODUCTION TO RUSSIAN KETTLEBELLS
Learn the world's most efficient drill for increasing metabolism, building power, and forging a cardiovascular system of elastic steel: the kettlebell swing. -- with the addition of intermediate drills such as the clean and press, the snatch, and the turkish get-up for the already initiated.

Combine this with a few other core-blasting maneuvers like the military press and an assortment of squats for a circuit only a Russian could love.
